Derry rock titans Fighting With Wire have been confirmed as the support for Biffy Clyro’s sold out Irish dates in December. The Scottish band play Belfast Mandela Hall on December 14 and The Academy in Dublin the next night, and Cahir O’Doherty’s men, who have had a fantastic year so far, will be in tow. FWW followed up the long-awaited release of debut album Man Vs Monster by signing to major label Atlantic, headlining a massive UK tour and then supporting Future Of The Left on their British tour. Biffy, meanwhile, have been touring the hell out of their breakthrough album, Puzzle, playing some enormous festival shows along the way. The gigs promise to be Christmas crackers. Sorry.
