To say Two Door are ‘hotly-tipped’ seems grossly inadequate just now, but maybe that’s just the NI indie bubble closing in on us. Nevertheless, there seems little doubt that they are going to develop into A Very Big Deal Indeed once the album Tourist History comes out on February 26. A week ahead of that is the release of their new single, the re-recorded ‘Undercover Martyn’, a track that first appeared as a free download on the band’s MySpace and then on their self-released Four Words To Stand On EP in 2008.
Meanwhile, the band’s Irish fans can catch up with them as they launch the album at Belfast’s Stiff Kitten on Friday, March 5, and then play the Button Factory in Dublin on Saturday, March 6.
