Oh, right, Guns N’ Roses’ new album is finished and available for streaming. Chinese Democracy is the first full album of new material from Axl Rose and friends since 1991’s Use Your Illusion I & II, and after 17 years of speculation and nonsense – including soft drink purveyor Dr Pepper’s promise in March to give a free can to every person in America if the album arrived before the end of 2008 – the 14-track album is ready to go. Time to cough up, good doctor!
